Important Information Re: Calling Into Support!


TOPS has recently migrated our phone systems to a new service in order to better serve our customers. 

When calls are made to Support and our agents are assisting other customers, the line will continue to ring while the call is in queue to be answered.

Please continue to hold during this ringing, and your call WILL be answered in the order it was received by the first available support agent.
